My dad does handy man work on the weekends and he has so many tools but i think he needs some more so he told me to search in the net for tools that are affordable. SO I have been in the internet looking for Delta machinery and found them at burnstools.com. They don't cost as much as in the other site so I guess I'll show this to my Dad. hopefully it's what he is looking for.
